1. Scope of Services

 Drain Pros Ventura provides residential and commercial plumbing services, including but not limited to drain cleaning, hydro jetting, sewer inspections, leak detection, and emergency plumbing repairs. We serve Ventura County, the San Fernando Valley, and Santa Clarita.

2. Estimates and Pricing

  • Quotes: We provide upfront estimates based on the information provided or an initial inspection. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes once a job is commenced.

  • Emergency Fees: Services requested outside of standard business hours or as “Emergency 24/7” calls may be subject to different rates or dispatch fees, which will be communicated at the time of the call.

  • Accuracy: While we strive for transparency, estimates are not binding contracts until a formal work order is signed.

3. Payment Terms

  • Due Date: Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Methods: We accept major credit cards, cash, and checks.

  • Late Fees: Past-due accounts may be subject to interest charges or collection costs to the maximum extent permitted by California law.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Access: The customer must provide clear and safe access to the plumbing fixtures and work areas.

  • Approvals: It is the customer’s responsibility to secure any necessary permissions from HOAs or property managers before work begins.

  • Presence: A person authorized to make financial decisions must be present at the time of service or reachable via phone to approve changes in the scope of work.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our craftsmanship, please contact us at 805-791-3954 within 48 hours of service.

  • Manufacturer Warranties: Warranties on parts (e.g., water heaters, fixtures) are provided by the manufacturer. Drain Pros Ventura provides a warranty on labor for a period specified in your service contract.

  • Exclusions: Warranties do not cover issues caused by customer negligence, third-party interference, or “acts of God.”

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drain Pros Ventura shall not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing conditions of the plumbing system that fail during the course of standard repair.

  • Incidental or consequential damages, including water damage resulting from a system failure prior to or after our arrival, unless caused by our direct negligence.

  • Access-related damage (e.g., necessary drywall cutting or flooring removal) required to reach a plumbing issue.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Drain Pros Ventura and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without express written permission.
