Jesse conducts himself very properly. Clean, methodical and patient. After taking out the shroud and vacuuming the wall heater, he started diagnosing the problem. Fired it up, noticed that the pilot would flicker after a while then die, lit it up again and adjusted a few things and came to the conclusion of a bad gas valve. The amazing thing was that he gave me an option to research a better price for a replacement valve through the internet.
